The attempt has made to determine the qualitative and quantitativl’y-morphometric ultrastructure of axodendritic synapses in the CA1 field of hippocampus after the abolition of 96-hour paradoxical sleep deprivation (PSD). It was revealed that the restoration of the structure of axodendritic synapses proceeds more slowly than in the symmetric ones after the abolition of PSD. The restoration occurs by the normalization of the structure of retained synapses and their new-formations.
