The main idea of this work is to create the most accurate techniques for the study of functional networks of the brain, such as systems of «mirror» neurons. This method combines MRI and EEG techniques to visualize the activity of cortical structures of the human brain and special software to post-process and analyze received data.
In researches of human brain cognitive processes widely used MRI and EEG methods, which allows to evaluate the dynamic pattern of behavior of cortical structures neural populations. In this work for investigation of functional networks were used such magnetic-resonance imaging protocols as: EPI-sequence to obtain a BOLD
signal (Blood Oxygen Level Dependent) and diffusion protocol for recovered rtactographic ways (DTI-Protocol). For more precise temporal dynamics of a useful signal changes simultaneous recording of EEG (64 and 128 channels) and MRI data was used.
