Clinical and psychopathology methods observed 30 children and adolescents from 10 to 17 y.o. of Psychiatric Inpatients with suicidal behavior. They were studied in order with extract some pathogenic risk factors of suicide attempts. In appliance with ICD-10 the nosological forms of diseases in observed cohort were F90-99 (n=19, 63,4%), F07.0-F07.9 (n=5, 16,7%), F43.2 (n=3, 10,0%) and single patients with F21.8, F70.1, F50.0.
Analysis of socio-demographic, clinical and psychological characteristics of the studied group revealed that among the suicides were 6 (20,0%) males and 24 (80,0%) female. According to the age factor, the patients were as follows: 3 (10,0%) children under 12 years, 22 (73,3%) of 13 to 15 years and 5 (16,7%) of 16 to 17 years. The study of the educational status, family, upbringing, personal characteristics, the way and reason of suicide actions and their relation to the seasons showed that the targets for the prevention of suicidal behavior among children and adolescents of Psychiatric Inpatients, are: females as a negative phase during puberty (13-15 years), growing up in an intact family, or one of the parents in terms of attention deficit or emotional rejection, characterized by unstable personality traits, sensitivity, or the sensitive-schizoid types. The suicides attempts are often were in the summer time because of everyday life situations that are experienced as extreme or after conflicts with parents or peers. The main suicide attempts were self-injury and drug intoxication. Thus, in time detection presuicide condition of observed groups will provide preventive measures.
