Basic exhibiting of a lesion nigrostriatal systems is disturbance motor disorders bound to a plastic tonus of muscles. At the same time, Parkinson´s disease in which basis the involution lies substantia nigra, the progressing vegetative insufficiency showing, including, and change of a regimen of ventilation of the lungs (Vayne А.М et al., 1991). Studying of a metabolism of lipids surfactant, pulmonary perfusion, a water balance of lungs at dysfunction of a substantia nigra of a brain (SN) became the work purpose. The experiements were made on the rats (89), including control, false operated animals, with stereotaxic introduction of a powder of metal cobalt in SN, microinjection antinigral antibodies and bilateral introduction of nifedipine in brain frame. Later 14 days in bronchoalveolar washings defined the maintenance of phospholipids (FL), cholesterol (Hol), investigated pulmonary perfusion and a water balance of lungs, studied endopulmonary the cytogram. In a water balance in experimental bunches unidirectional changes which have shown an overhydratation of lungs at the expense of augmentation pulmonary perfusion at cobaltic activation of frame (р <0,01) and redistributions of fluid from the pot in extravascular sector at blockage SN by antibodies and by nifedipine (р <0,01) were observed. At influence on SN there was a rising of lipide fraction in structure surfactant: with augmentation of index FL/HoL against activation SN (р <0,01), with reduction at blockage of frame by nifedipine (р <0,01) and without its change at intracerebral introduction of immunoglobulins. In washouts the number of macrophages has decreased (р <0,01), their phagocytic activity has gone down. At modelling of dysfunction SN level of integration of metabolic functions of lungs that shows reduction of number of correlation interrelations between investigated indicators, and as change of their factorial frame decreases. The water disbalance taped in the conditions of blockage SN, proves to be true restructuring of factors with incorporation of indicators of an exchange of fluid in structure of a major factor and augmentation of a lobe of its cumulative dispersion to 42%. Thus as main components extravascular fluid acted. Thus, experimental dysfunction of a black substance is accompanied by disturbance of metabolic functions of lungs that can act as a qualitative component educing vegetative visceral disfunction against dysregulation pathologies.
