Professional work of the personnel of atomic power stations (AS) proceeds in the conditions of a considerable psychoemotional pressure. For reliable professional work of workers the AS the major factor is high level of psychophysiological adaptation (PA). At annual psychophysiological inspections at 1/3 personnel the AS comes to light the lowered level of the PA.
In the present work estimated bioelectric activity of a brain of workers the AS with various level of psychophysiological adaptation. 37 workers Kalininsky, Smolensk and Volgodonsk the AS (men, 46,1±7,0 years) are surveyed. With the help «Hardware-software complex PFS-CONTROL» estimated a mental, psychophysiological both physiological condition of a human body and integrated level of the PA. EEG registered on EEG-21/26 "Entsefalan-131-03" («МЕDIКОМ МТD», Taganrog) with application of programs: mapping spectral capacity of biopotentials, definition of factors of cross-correlation (CC) between EEG frontal and occipital departments of a brain, localization of Dipole sources.
Three comparable groups are allocated: group I – with high level of the PA, group II – with the average level, group III – with low level. Analysis EEG has shown absence of infringements (except for individual indicators) a functional condition of a brain (FCB) at persons with high level of the PA. At persons with the PA average level it was marked decrease in capacity of alpha activity and capacity increase δ- θ- the activity, testifying to deterioration FCB. At persons with low level of the PA these changes have amplified, and to them capacity decrease in β1-diapzone, mainly in the right hemisphere was added. CC at PA decrease tended to increase and at low level of the PA (in group III) in the right hemisphere reached the greatest value. Paroxysmal activity increased in process of adaptation decrease: in group I – in individual supervision, in group II – at half surveyed, in group III – at the majority surveyed (p <0.05). Sources of Paroxysmal activity were localised in average departments of a trunk and bottom departments of frontal shares. The cited data testifies to deterioration FCB according to EEG which correlated with decrease in level of the PA.
Thus, by means of EEG it is possible to estimate expressiveness of functional infringements of a brain at various levels of the psychophysiological adaptation and efficiency of individual Rehabilitation-improving actions.
