Studying the conformities to natural laws of formation of the adaptative strategy of the human organism on climatic stress in extreme conditions of changing environment becomes especially actual nowadays. Besides, the health of the people who are involved in the process of industrial development of extreme regions of the Far North is significant. The most typical example of this kind of work is expeditionary watch-based method of work. With some decrease of oil and gas enterprises` interest in non-traditional forms of industrial activity in the beginning of the 1990-ies and increase of return migration of population from the towns of Zapoliarye, nowadays a quite high employability of expeditory watch-based method of work organization is marked.
The aim of the given studies is the summing up of the personal materials and revealing of the common mechanisms of individual-typological reactions of workers on watch basis in meridional displacements and climatic changes on route Tyumen – Kharasavay (Tyumen - 57º07′NL, Kharasavay - 71º11′NL) in the Western Siberia.
The comparative analysis of the research results have been received in the period of watch-based method of work allowed us to point out three types of individual-typological reactions of the human organism on the whole complex of the climatic and industrial factors with meridional displacements from average latitudes to the Far North: the 1stone is adaptive, the 2nd one is hypertensive and the 3d one is astenic. The first type is characterized by high arterial blood pressure observed only in the beginning of work period with its` following normalization and revealing hypocoagulation. The second type is characterized by maintaining of the hypertensive state during the period of work, hypocoagulation and significant changes in phospholipids` spectre. The third type is accompanied by low arterial blood pressure with high pulse frequency, hypocoagulation and signs of astenic complex of symptoms.
Thus, the studying of individual pecularities of the system reactions of the organism of a healthy human with industrial displacements in conditions of high latitudes and climatic contrast allowed to set a range of variants of changes in hemodynamics, hemosthasis and lipid interchange in a healthy man working on a watch basis which may serve as a criterion for adaptive behavior of a human and his ability to work in the Far North conditions.
