Since 2006 on the present time period are primarily inspected 237 people (6- 15 years), of whom 156 children are found under the observation of more than 2 years (58 - 2 years, 48 - 3 years, 21 - 4 years, 14- 5 years even 15- 6 years). Control group - 67 children, test (child- users) - 170.
The obtained results indicate to multivariability of the possible radiation effect of mobile phones (MP) on the nervous system of children. It is established that in child- users MP increases the reaction time to the audio- (TRAS) and light signal (TRLS). In particular in the children of 7- summer age, for TRAS this effect appears, if the total time of the use MP is 360 min, and for TRLS - 730 min. In all child- users MP is revealed the effect of an increase in the number of disturbances of the phonemic perception, which are the signs of incorrect perception to the audition like in the sounding or similar on the articulation of sound of oral speech.
Reduction in the index of working capacity (in 50,7% of cases) and increase in the parameter of , fatigue is registered (in 39,7% of cases), changes in the highest mental functions: reduction in the parameters of the stability of the arbitrary attention ( in 14,3% of cases is noted reduction in the index of the productivity of the fulfillment of test target and in 19,4% of cases - parameters of accuracy; reduction in the index of the accuracy of fulfillment of assignments revealed in 19,4% of students also in 30,1% occurs noted an increase in the time of fulfillment of assignments.
Effects described above has already been reflected in the success of child with the instruction in the school. Thus, the revealed growth of the number of disturbances of phonemic perception increases the probability of errors in speech and in the letter, and also is decreased the effectiveness of the work of logopedist with conducting of the correction- developing occupations. Despite the fact that in the majority of the cases a change of the psychophysiological parameters is revealed thus far within the limits of the standards dependent on age; however, steady tendency toward reduction in the indices from the high values to lower boundary of standard is established.
Thus, preliminary results make it possible to draw the conclusion that the emission of mobile phones they can have a negative effect on the psychophysical health of children. One should emphasize that the our studies do not have analogs both in Russia and abroad.
