Relying on results the are previously carried out by us pilot experiments of monitoring different psychophysiological indices, it is possible to assert that they can be used for the evaluation of the influence of cosmophysical factors on the central nervous system of man. The unquestionable advantage are their noninvasive, possibility to accomplish diagnostics by both the equipment methods (including the use of computer programs) and by no apparatus equipment (“paper- pencil”), as it is individual, so also group. For detecting the parameters of individual sensitivity to the variable factors of environment (ecological, meteorological, astrophysical, etc) is necessary of prolonged and regular recording of the parameters of functional state of man. Only this approach will make it possible reliably to determine and to effectively forecast the specific features of the reaction of organism to the factors of different nature. The developed by us information system is “Universal monitoring of ecological human health”, realized on the web- portal www.umon.org.ua, , and also computer program is “local universal monitoring” - LUM (reg. № 2012660066 from 08.11.2012), make it possible to estimate a whole series of the psychophysiological indices: the time of sensorimotor reactions, the level of the development of the small motor activity of hand, cognitive processes.
Results, obtained with processing of data of 227 people, registered on the site www.umon.org.ua, and 50 volunteers, who conduct monitorings with the use of a program LUM, they show that with the development of group effects one should more thoroughly approach the formation of groups themselves for further data analysis, including in them the persons with uniform changes in various indices and identical individual- typological special features. We assume that cumulative data will make it possible to develop the personal- oriented approach to the development of the adequate preventive measures, in the direction of the health-saving.
