NEUROPHYSIOLOGICAL FEATURES OF INFLUENCE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES OF ATHLETES-KICK-BOXERS AT THE BACKGROUND AND STIMULI INDICATORS OF ELECTRO- NEUROMYOGRAM

Frequency of neurocirculatory dystonias in athletes ranged from 6.2 % to 19.3 % (Jordanskaya F.A., Yudintseva M.S., 1999). The problem of finding new, effective methods of lifting sport, pain syndrome and normalization of humoral and autonomic regulation remains a subject of studies sports Physiology.
The purpose of the study:To install specific features of influence of physical activities of athletes-kick boxers at the functional characteristics of the musculoskeletal system based onindicators of background and stimuli electro- neuromyogram.
Definition of tone-strength characteristics of muscle and excitation propagation velocity of motor and sensory fibres was evaluated according to the electro- neuromyographic study on the unit «Neuromatic 2000» (the firm Dantec, Denmark). The method of stimuli electro- neuromyography was used to analyze motor asymmetries. All statistical calculations were performed using the license statistical software packages: SPSS 12.1, STATISTICA 6.0.
Sensory conduction disorders were identified among the overwhelming majority of athletes-kick boxers (93 %). These violations were mild, and the level of decrease of indicator compared to the norm does not exceed 25 %. Reduction of conductance on motor fibers up to 15 % noted among almost half of the observed, that also was seen as mild violation and did not have clinical signs of subjective and objective. The simultaneous violation of conductivity of sensory and motor fibers of the peripheral nerves had 42 % of surveyed. Subclinical signs of sensory polyneuropathy were observed in 37%, and motor polyneuropathy – approximately 3 %.
Neural disorders identified during the study attempted by us may be a prerequisite for violations of afferentation and the formation of a muscle imbalance in different muscle groups of kick boxers with elevated specific physical activities.
Using the method developed by us of unloading and correction of spinal-motor segments by the device «Armus» has resulted in a significant improvement of the indicators of conductivity of motor and, particular, sensory fibers in peripheral electrically conductive systems.
